Construction debris removal in San Diego. Cheaper than a dumpster rental.
For a small remodel — bathroom tile-out, kitchen cabinet pull, a single-room flooring job — a dumpster rental is overkill. You pay $400+ for a week you don't need, and you still have to load it. We show up, load in an hour, haul, and drop at the right regional facility.

What do homeowners ask about Construction Debris?
Is this cheaper than a dumpster rental?
For small-to-mid jobs, yes. A dumpster averages $400–$650 rented for a week in San Diego plus the dump fees. For a one-room remodel, our flat rate typically runs $300–$600 total. Bigger than a two-room remodel, a dumpster starts to win. Call and we'll be honest with you.
Can you haul concrete rubble?
Yes, but concrete has its own facility and weight limits. We'll price it separately because it's a different drop-off. Usually $250–$450 for a pickup bed of broken concrete.
Can you come during the remodel so it doesn't pile up?
Yes. We run progressive pickups where we come every 2–3 days during a longer remodel. You keep the driveway clear and we only charge for what we actually haul each trip.
What about hazardous materials like asbestos or lead paint?
We cannot haul suspect asbestos or lead-paint debris. If your home was built before 1980, test first — abatement is a specialty trade. We'll refer you to a licensed abatement contractor.

Homeowners who hired us for this
Hadn't parked a car in the garage since 2019. Called Monday, they were there Wednesday morning, and by 1 p.m. I had an empty garage swept clean. Flat price, no hourly nonsense, and they donated half of it to Habitat ReStore.
Dad passed and we had six weeks to list the house. Clear Out walked through with my sister and me, flagged three things that turned out to be worth something, and finished the whole 2,800 sq ft home in three days. Broom-clean handoff. Realtor was impressed.
Old sectional had to come out before the new one was delivered. Third-floor walk-up, narrow staircase. Two guys, 45 minutes, no charge for the stairs. They took a bookshelf and a dresser too — $275 flat. Couldn't have done it alone.
