Hoarding cleanup in San Diego. Paced for the person, not the clock.
Hoarding situations are never just cluttered, they're grief, anxiety, sometimes trauma made physical. We work with the client, family members, and often a therapist or case manager. We don't throw anything away the client hasn't okayed. We come back as many days as it takes.

What do homeowners ask about Hoarding Cleanup?
Will you throw things out the client says to keep?
Never. The only rule we live by. Nothing leaves unless the client says so (or if the client can't decide, the family member or conservator with authority). That's why hoarding cleanups take time. It has to.
Do you work with therapists?
Yes. We've worked with LCSWs and licensed hoarding specialists who are on-site during the work. Their presence often determines whether the work is successful.
What if there's a biohazard situation?
Rodent infestation, mold, severe sanitation, we refer to a licensed biohazard remediation company first. Those require PPE and certifications we don't carry. We come in afterward.
Is this confidential?
Completely. Unmarked trucks when requested. We do not share client names, photos, or addresses with anyone without written permission. Most of our hoarding work, no one in the neighborhood knows we were there.
